Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24-48 business hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all Prepaid orders within India. For COD orders, a flat shipping fee is applied at checkout.

Delivery Timelines

Metros: 3-5 Business Days
Rest of India: 5-7 Business Days
Remote Areas: 7-10 Business Days

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our Tracking Page.

Important Note

Shipping, Delivery & Refund Policy Since fragrances are classified as liquid cosmetics, we use specialized leak-proof packaging for every order to ensure safe delivery. Please record a complete unboxing video before opening your parcel. This video is mandatory for any claim related to missing, damaged, or incorrect products. Claims submitted without a clear, continuous unboxing video cannot be verified and will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Prepaid Orders If a prepaid order is returned because the customer does not answer the courier's calls, refuses delivery, provides an incorrect address, or for any issue from the customer's side, a shipping and handling charge of ₹150 will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded. If the return is caused by the courier service (such as failed delivery despite customer availability), the customer must provide valid proof (such as call recordings, screenshots, or other supporting evidence). After successful verification, a full refund will be processed. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders If a COD order is returned for any reason, no refund will be processed. Damage, Missing Product & Replacement Policy Please record a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel. If the package is damaged or any product is missing, the unboxing video will be used for verification before any refund or replacement is approved. Claims without an unboxing video cannot be verified and will not qualify for a refund or replacement.
